Mike Wolf (Mentor)

Mike Wolf is a self-made entrepreneur, seasoned investor, and international speaker who has been investing in real estate for almost 30 years, along with other entrepreneurial ventures. Mike is passionate about showing people how to invest successfully and grow a thriving business which is why he founded Mike Wolf Mastery, where he met Frank Wilkialis. Like Frank, Mike has a passion for helping people make informed, educated business decisions to build long term passive income and wealth for themselves and their families. He is a regular contributor in the media with his extensive background in business, entrepreneurship, and real estate. His experience investing in the U.S. as a Canadian has given Mike a unique perspective on taxation and other cross-border investing issues. His current real estate focus is single-family homes where he primarily operates in the Atlanta market.

Mike Fritz (Mentor)

Mike Fritz is a self-made entrepreneur and seasoned investor who has invested millions and millions into real estate- all with little money down. His wife and him have achieved financial freedom at the age of 36. He now has a passion of teaching real estate strategies and how to achieve a passive long-term income with real estate investments where he founded Titanium Capital Investments- which is where he met Frank. His experience investing in the U.S. using various strategies has allowed him to find his love in investing in multi-family properties. He currently operates in the Midwest area and North Carolina, as well as helping his various students achieve their investment dreams.

Cal Ewing (Mentor)

Cal Ewing is a retired oil and gas industry geologist who found a passion for real estate and became a seasoned investor with over 10 years of real estate investing experience. His joy is helping others grow personal wealth through real estate and real estate back notes. He teaches the fundamentals on how to be a private lender by becoming the bank and lending against real estate, all to create passive income streams. This passion led him to create his real estate investment business Karma property solutions which is where he met Frank. His experience investing in the U.S. using various strategies has led him to focus on his “be the bank” strategy where he acquires houses and immediately sells them with owner financing to a buyer who can’t quality for a regular mortgage. The strategy is recession-resistant and provides great cashflow with the benefit of not experiencing the regular landlord headaches. He currently operates in the Texas market, as well as teaching others how to achieve financial freedom.
